Alinaaaaaaa

This mission was easy, stressless and fun. :)

Mission #4- Adopt an imaginary friend

Meet REINE CLAUDE!
Reine Claude is half fairy and half human and has silver hair. The rest of his physical features are left to your imagination. He can only speak to me by telepathy and I speak to him out loud.

When i introduced Reine Claude to my friends, they couldn't see him and gave me a "what the hell are you talking about" look. Then they got it that Reine Claude is my imaginary friend ( sorry Reine Claude, you're real to me). Reine Claude followed me to school and stayed with me for the entire Tuesday. I had double physics in the morning and well.. Reine Claude had the same idea about physics as i do.. PHYSICS is BORING.

Then at recess.. my friends insulted Reine Claude that he was imaginary and he got offended.. But it was all well in the end cos they apologised and accepted him. After that, i had double chemistry and well... i was soo bored that i wrote a convo between Reine Claude and I. It went on about chocolate and cookies and creativity.

At lunch time, i was sitting next to Reine Claude and eating my lunch and then some girl came and SAT on Reine Claude!!! poor Reine Claude was suffering but he escaped. I think he secretly liked it... since she was quite pretty? After that i had Biology and then i walked home with Reine Claude. My friends introduced another friend named Butt to Reine Claude and i guess they became friends? Oh i nearly forgot, my sister saw me in class and i pointed out Reine Claude to her. After class, she was walking behind me and i heard her tell her friends that i was crazy and delusional. I AM NOT delusional.

:) i had fun. i hope you do too with Louis.

I am not delusional.

ivanna banana :)

just a quick one- mission number thirteen this monday:
"#13 - DO NOT step on any cracks for a whole day"
i completely, utterly failed this one. i thought it'd be a fun one to do actually- but first thing in the morning: tiles on the bathroom floor. i was like: SCREW IT, i'm taking my shower properly! and at school there's just so many bricks, it's weird not walking properly you know.
i wrote "step on a crack and break your back" on my hand in math to remind me, but i honestly forgot about it.
what a tedious mission!
maybe we'll give it another crack next time.

goodluck for this week! (long weekend this friday and monday!)

Dear Alina,

Since we have started the 7Ms, i have completed quite a few of these missions. All of these managed to make my day more interesting and less dull. These are the ones that i have completed or atleast tried to :)

Mission #41- Make a new friend at lunch time. Give them a piece of leaf as peace offering.
I chose this guy and gave him a leaf. However.. very soon after i gave it to him, he ripped it up. I don't know if it's purposely of accidental but oh well, atleast we were friends for a minute there.

Mission # 40- Sit under a desk and try to persuade everyone else to aswell. Tell them the apocalypse is coming.
I asked this boy in my physics class " if i said that the apocalypse is coming, would you sit with me under the table?" he said "yeah?" so therefore i tried telling everyone to sit with me under the table. However, they didn't sit with me and the boy was just like "no, i'm not sitting with you". Therefore this mission was a complete failure.

Mission #39- Speak in pig latin for a whole period
I chose to do this in a class where i don't talk alot. It was really hard and i kept forgetting to speak in pig latin. However i wrote in pig latin to my friend whilst the teacher was talking.

Mission #42- Hug a stranger
I was walking home with my friends and i saw a girl walking by herself. So i went up to her and asked her "Can I hug you please?" she gave me a weird look and was suspicious of me. In the end she gave me a hug and i walked with her until it got sort of awkward. My friends ditched me and were laughing at me when i caught up to them. But hey, i made a new friend. :)

Mission # 22- Try to convince your friends that you can see ghosts
I did manage to convince my friends that i saw a ghost. And i don't think they really believe me cos when i told them the next day, they just said "oh" and they weren't really giving me any reaction.

Mission # 23- Tell someone you had a crush on that you used to had a crush  on them.
Unfortunately, i can't remember the last time i had a real crush on someone. So i guess i failed this mission.

Mission # 24- Mend a broken relationship/friendship.
I'm still very annoyed at a friend and i don't think i'll mend this friendship any time soon. Maybe one day i will. Time is the answer.

Mission #16- Learn a sentence in a random language and say it to people.
I learnt how to say "you're cute" in viet. I said this to my friends with a very bad accent cos all of them ( who are viet) didn't understand me. I said it to this guy and i think some other guy got jealous or something because he started bagging(teasing) the guy i said "you're cute" to.

Mission #21- In one of the toilet cubicles at school, stick up a sheet of paper, and write on it: "what are your secrets?" and leave it up for a couple days? or maybe just one day? leave a blob of bluetack and a pen on it so they can use it.
I did this and stuck it in a cubicle in the girls toilets. Unfortunately, when i went to check it the next day it wasn't there. :( someone took it off. Maybe i'll do it again but put it up in the morning and check it afterschool.

Mission #2- Give little pieces of art/drawings/writings to people
i drew little pictures and folded hearts for people. I gave them out to people. Many people reject it though and well... maybe it's because im very bad at drawing. I also wrote little messages on the hearts and pictures.

I also did a very random thing. I folded these paper frogs that actually jumps. My friends in physics started making it smoke and also some of the frogs didn't have any eyes. I couldn't stand to see the frogs suffer so i made a frog morgue and placed the frogs in there and placed it in the recycling bin. May they rest in peace and start life all over again.

I'll try not to be lazy and update every week.

peace is best :)

happy melancholy monday to you, ivanna.

so week two back at school has just been more work piling into one big lump and then me scraping away at it pathetically.

i was particularly keen on mission #2 - give little drawings to people, and did these quick little ink drawings while i was working through my art projects. i ended cutting them out and giving a few to my friends, and leaving some in strange places. i guess it's always fun to leave bits and pieces behind. wonder where they are right now? :) monday was also exciting because the bus stops had been smashed and all the glass shattered. harriet and i had a ball punching at the glass. i took some pieces and gave them to karen, ashley, mrs potier, and some other lovely people.

mission #23 - tell someone you had a crush on you had a crush on them
failed miserably! i don't even remember the last time i had an honest crush on someone. it's a bit silly. until i think of someone valid, i can't complete this mission! sorry :(

mission #24 - mend a broken relationship
i guess i did this one kind of half-heartedly. i had someone in mind, but i went for the easy option and mended a primary school friendship. we're still on that smile-and-acknowledge base but i suppose it's a start!

mission #22 - try to convince your friends that you can see ghosts
i am going to be honest with you ivanna, i compltely forgot about this one during the week! i did however, keep the 'i'm pregnant' conviction. i think i will layer pillows over my tummy over time. i told them to organise a baby shower for me. :D they all think i'm insane but i'm holding onto this one. i'm even eating for two at lunchtimes now. (or sometimes nothing- lost appetite)

i think i may have to get back into the swing of things on blogger, jump back on the bandwagon.
it definitely feels weird typing things to myself.
despite big lumps of assessments and homework, i promise i won't get lazy with this!

peace and love!

a new beginning

Hello there!

The concept of this site was initially made to cure Monday morning blues but has turned into something a little more. The Motivatingly Manical Mischeviously Minty Monday Morning Missions (aka 7Ms) is a list of missions that are made to brighten up Mondays to make them more interesting, fun, and a little more tolerable. However, these are not only restricted to Monday mornings and can be done any day of the week.
The 7Ms spice up the ordinary routines and give a little flavour to life. Even though they are small, we came up with ideas that allow us to leave our mark on the people we meet, the strangers we pass, and the world that we live in. We will attempt shake the snow globes that people live in, and lighten up the dull boring days.

:)
